ReviewSuite360 Tutorial – Step-by-Step Getting Started Guide
What You’ll Accomplish in This Tutorial
In the next 20 minutes you will log in, create your first AI-powered review campaign, connect your own YouTube channel, and be ready to upload a professional review video with a done-for-you bonus page. By the end you will have a repeatable process you can fire up every time a new product launches—even if you hate writing, dislike being on camera, or only have an hour a week.
If you missed the full overview, feel free to go back to the home page first. Otherwise, grab something to sip on and let’s build a cash-ready review asset together.
Before You Begin – Prerequisites
- A YouTube account in good standing (no subscribers required). If you don’t have one, create it now—takes 2 minutes.
- An affiliate link for the product you want to review. Pick any JVZoo, WarriorPlus, or ClickBank product that still has a launch date in the next 10 days (or grab one of the 52 pre-built campaigns after you upgrade).
- Screen-recording software: OBS or Loom is free and what 90 % of ReviewSuite360 users rely on. On mobile, you can use the built-in recorder iOS/Android.
- About 25 minutes of uninterrupted time for the first walkthrough, then 5–8 minutes per campaign once you’re in flow.
- Optional but helpful: a free Google Analytics account to measure bonus-page traffic later.
Once those items are checked, move on to the hands-on walkthrough.

- Faceless or Face-On: select Faceless if you want the built-in scroll-pan video filters; choose Face-On if you plan to record yourself.

Configure Video & Bonus Page Settings
Two tabs appear: Video Filter and Bonus Page.
- Video Filter — pick a scroll zoom style (Tab Reveal, Underline Typewriter, or Polaroid Skim). Each overlays animated text on your screen-captured footage so you never show your face.
- Bonus Page — First load a template. The default Launchimer 2.0 converts well; click Customize to change headline color, button text, and font. Next, drag or drop up to 8 bonus PLR ebooks—the platform auto-generates 3-D covers in 5 seconds.

Generate & Review Assets
Click the purple BUILD CAMPAIGN button. The system spins for ~45 seconds and then gives you four downloadable files:
video_script.txt– clean copy of your script for your teleprompter appassets.zip– screen filters as transparent MP4 overlays (only if you chose faceless)bonus_page_url– ready-to-use page hosted on ReviewSuite360 serversdescription_snippet.txt– title + tags + description box ready to paste into YouTube
Click Preview on the bonus page to make sure your affiliate link auto-replaces everywhere (it grabs the link in the product URL you supplied at Step 3). You can modify it again if a different tracking ID is needed.

Publish on YouTube in Under 7 Minutes
- Open OBS, start screen recording, and read the script while flipping slides. No need to edit—the script length averages 3–4 minutes.
- Drop the transparent overlay asset on top if you selected faceless.
- Upload to YouTube, paste the description snippet, add the keyword as a tag (e.g., “Product Name review”, “Product Name bonus”).
- Insert the hosted bonus page URL in the first line of the description and as a pinned comment.
- Hit Publish and move on to the next launch.
Remember: affiliate approval is not automatic. Hit the Get Approved link inside the affiliate area of the product before you make your video live, or you’ll get no commissions.
Tips for Best Results
- Beat the 48-hour window. Launch day videos rank fastest. Use ReviewSuite360’s DFY calendar in the top menu to filter launches by live in next 48 hours.
- Focus thumbnails. The platform spits out a square 1280×720 thumbnail PNG named
thumb.jpg. Add a red circle around the product mockup—simple tweak doubles CTR. - Stack bonuses that solve the next problem. If the product is a landing-page builder, include a traffic course. Review360 has a 30-bonus vault you can timestamp quickly.
- Use H1 tags in bonus page headline. Click “SEO meta” and change H2 to H1 inside the custom field—it helps the bonus page rank on page one when the launch is over.
- Reply to every comment within 24 hours. YouTube boosts sessions, and Jono’s data shows 17 % more buyer clicks simply answering “Does this work on Mac?” type questions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using the raw product name as the YouTube title. Keep the seed keyword, but add a curiosity hook. Instead of “XYZ Review”, try “XYZ Review – The One Feature Everyone Missed at Minute 7”.
- Skipping the thumbnail upload. Leaving YouTube’s auto-frame usually shows a transition slide and tanks clicks. Use the built-in thumbnail creator—takes 20 seconds.
- Pasting the entire script into the description box. YouTube sees keyword stuffing. The template gives you a condensed 3-line pitch + link + timestamp. Stick to that.
- Forgetting mobile preview. Over 60 % of launch traffic is mobile. Preview the bonus page on your phone—font should be
font-size: 16px;. Use the slider in the editor to catch this before publishing.
What to Do Next
- Chain your campaigns. Once the first is live, create a second and schedule it for 2 days later. YouTube starts recommending “next” videos, compounding your traffic.
- Order Tracking. Put the launch calendar in Notion or Trello. On Mondays load upcoming launches into three columns: Script Ready, Video Ready, Uploaded.
- Grab the 52-week DFY upgrade. If reviews feel fun, upgrade to the Mega Campaign Bundle so the next 52 weeks of campaigns load directly into your dashboard. No more manual research each Tuesday.
- Join the Facebook group. A private link is pinned in your dashboard. Inside, post the first 100 views screenshot so Jono or James can give feedback titles, timing, or thumbnail tweaks.
- Track revenue. Use the built-in “Earnings” tab inside ReviewSuite360—the dashboard pulls from JVZoo via API so you can see daily sales without logging into JVZoo.
Tutorial Frequently Asked Questions
Does ReviewSuite360 auto-monetize the videos for me?
No. ReviewSuite360 writes scripts, builds bonus pages, and gives you optimized meta data. You still upload the video under your YouTube channel and stick your own affiliate links. That’s actually better—100 % of the commission is yours.
Can I use any affiliate network, or just JVZoo?
The software can parse any sales page, so WarriorPlus, ClickBank, or high-ticket private offers work. You simply paste the product URL at Step 3—no special code needed.
Do I need extra software for overlays?
Nope. Transparent filter videos are included in the assets zip. Drop them into iMovie, ShotCut, CapCut mobile—anything that supports layers.
What if I’m brand new to YouTube SEO?
The description snippet gives you exact tags, title roller-coasters, and chapter timestamps used in Jono’s top 1 % CTR videos. Follow it word-for-word on your first five uploads; tweak later when you understand why.
How many campaigns can I have active at once?
Unlimited for life on the front-end. The DFY upgrade only pre-loads 52 future campaigns; you can still build as many custom ones as you want in parallel.
